Quality Control.
North Shore Nurses selectively recruits highly experienced and qualified nursing personnel.

Screening of new recruits:
All members have a police check and complete a Prohibited Person Declaration. Applicants must provide two clinical referee reports and 100 points identification along with a current NSW Nurses registration.

At recruitment, nursing staff are assessed on qualifications and experience and are then matched to clients according to their expertise.

Ongoing monitoring of performance:
Members are monitored for performance and professional conduct on an ongoing basis.

Complaints are taken seriously. We have a formal system for addressing performance issues.

Our reputation is built on quality of care and personalised service. We take our reputation seriously. It's in our interest to actively maintain the quality of our staff and service.
