Sign on Bonus:
North Shore Nurses will pay a cash bonus for nurses who sign on and meet the criteria below.
Conditions:
Member must be a registered nurse.
A minimum of 20 full time shifts must be completed successfully by the member.
The member must perform to the professional standards expected by both North Shore Nurses and it's clients.
When the member provides North Shore Nurses with availabilities, the member must commit to those shifts and successfully complete them.
In the case of personal or medical emergencies preventing completion of the shift, the bonus will be awarded at North Shore Nurses discretion. Documented proof may be requested.
Shifts are not guaranteed by North Shore Nurses.
